K-12 Cybersecurity Academy is an innovative and exciting summer program aiming to engage high school students and teachers in cybersecurity learning activities. This is the first GenCyber summer camp—supported by National Security Agenecy— in large central Florida. Students will participate in fun, exploratory online lessons, day trips to the University of Florida (UF), and learn about cybersecurity concepts, vulnerabilities in hardware architecture, information security, invasive security threats, non-invasive or remote attacks, and hardware trojans.
This program is jointly administered and supported by the National Security Agency, UF College of Education, and UF Center for Precollegiate Education and Training (CPET), UF Nelms Institute, UF Florida Institute for Cybersecurity Research (FICS) at University of Florida.
